If we’re not launching new campus ministries weekly, we’re falling behind in places like China:
China has been building the equivalent of almost one university per week.
For decades, the United States had the highest proportion of people going to university. They dominated the graduate market.
But that is changing rapidly among younger generations. In terms of producing graduates, China has overtaken the United States and the combined university systems of European Union countries.
There are huge, excellent European universities like the University of Barcelona where we have yet to begin a campus ministry. 90,000 students!
There are millions of students who will spend a few years of their lives in these universities and others like them. They are probably in the time of their lives most open to the gospel. Then, they are gone, and most will never return to campus to live and study.
Pray for God to send workers into these campus harvest fields.
